Operations / Technical Officer

Job Duty

• Report to R&M Manager (Land Transportation)
• Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance service of company's Heavy goods vehcile and equipment (some diesel forklifts and crawler cranes)
• Liaise with different automotive repair contractors and operation to ensure repair and maintenance are done smoothly and satisfactorily
• Site visit for accident or mechanical failure investigation
• Order of maintenance supplies to sites
• Entry of fleet management data and repair invoices
• Ability to perform typical and adhoc fleet data analysis and reporting

 

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with medium size fleet
• Basic vehicle repair knowledge preferred
• Experience in fleet management is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Possession of valid HK driving license (1&2)
• Good command with MS office
• Immediate availability is an advantage

 

營運主任（維修及保養）

工作職責

• 向維修部經理報告（陸路運輸）
• 監督和協調公司重型車輛及物流設備（部份柴油叉車和履帶式起重機）的維修和保養服務
• 與不同的維修承包商(主要汽車)和營運部聯絡，確保維修和保養順利進行及品質滿意
• 外勤執行意外或機械故障調查
• 為在外場地訂購維修用品
• 負責輸入車隊管理資料和維修發票
• 能夠執行一般及特別指定的車隊數據分析和報告

 

要求：

• 完成中學或以上教育
• 至少3年中型車隊相關工作經驗
• 有基本車輛維修知識
• 有車隊管理經驗者優先
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• 有組織性，能夠處理多項任務及懂得分配工作的優先次序
• 良好的中英文能力
• 擁有有效的香港駕駛執照（1及2）
• 熟練使用MS Office
• 可即時上班優先
