OTC Products Operations

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Execute and monitor daily settlement and operations relating to Fixed Income products including Bond, Repo, CDS, etc.
• Handle DCM settlement and related business support
• Handle and monitor daily bond corporate action (e.g. Coupon, Early Redemption, Put Option, Default, etc)
• Process and check Clearstream & Euroclear instructions, and monitor fail settlement and exceptions
• Perform trade and position reconciliation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, internal auditors, and counterparties
• Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned

Job Requirements:

 

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
• Over 3 years’ experience in OTC products operations
• Solid experience in the operations and settlement of Bonds, Repo and CDS. FX, OTC Options, Funds, TRS, Portfolio Swap and Structured Products knowledge is a plus
• Good experience with settlement system such as Euroclear, Clearstream and CMU
• Familiar with SFC regulatory requirements and compliance 
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua)
• Strong commitment, drive, willingness to learn, strong analytical, numerical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in using Python, VBA, SQL will be an advantage
