Overseas E-sports Content & Community Operation

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the content modules and operations of the global community, formulate community operation strategies according to the e-sports event framework, and be responsible for the quality of community content and user atmosphere
2. Be responsible for the discovery, organization and maintenance of KOL and content creators, absorb high-quality content authors, and be able to cooperate with the content matrix at major event nodes, continuously optimize content output and release strategies, and realize content self-propagation and breaking the circle.
3. Cooperate with e-sports events, collaborate with global regional games and e-sports communities, and efficiently collaborate on official content, team content and ecological content from global to regional e-sports content, and promote the dissemination of overall event content. .

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years of game/e-sports related work experience, overseas community/community operation experience, and fully understand the value of overseas social platforms and content platforms
2. Love e-sports events, and have a deep understanding of at least one competitive e-sports product
3. Good communication skills, able to complete cross-team and regional project collaboration, and those with certain project management experience are preferred
4. Able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English, which can be used as working language. .
