Job Description - Peace Elite - Senior Alliance Management

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the ecological management of the Peace Elite e-sports alliance, including but not limited to formulating the long-term development strategy of the alliance, continuously optimizing the competition system model, formulating and implementing alliance policies, and formulating and implementing regional development strategies
2. Continue to pay attention to the dynamics of related e-sports categories and industry development, iterate ecological strategies based on user feedback, competition data and market analysis, create an ecological environment suitable for the long-term development of e-sports clubs, players and other partners, promote the prosperity and development of the alliance, continuously improve its influence and combat effectiveness, and be responsible for the stability and development of the club
3. Responsible for maintaining cooperative relationships with e-sports clubs, players and other partners, including but not limited to club affairs management, club behavior compliance management, club affairs coordination, club information communication, etc., to promote the stable development of the e-sports alliance ecology
4. Responsible for the screening, management and training of players, including but not limited to youth training, competition training, player conferences, draft system and transfer period, find valuable potential players, form a talent training and circulation channel for the alliance, deliver more talents to the professional system, complete the formulation of youth training system and draft-related rules and plans, expand youth training and draft recruitment channels, and optimize talent selection mechanisms. Responsible for the output of rookies and the combat effectiveness of the PEL region
5. Responsible for the formulation and coordination of league contracts and rules, including business systems, contract systems, talent systems, management systems, etc. communicate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the implementation and further optimization of formulated policies and rules
6. Ensure the improvement and updating of league contracts and rules, and provide a comprehensive and integrated solution for the league. Responsible for the soundness of the rules
7. Responsible for the long-term value development of the club. Through an effective alliance management model, establish the club's special event evaluation effect indicators and corresponding feedback mechanisms, integrate internal and external resources, and increase the club's income and Development, good at capturing and exploring club topics and hot spots, and integrating them with business products to quickly plan to support event content.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience. Applicants with experience in e-sports related industries such as e-sports leagues, games or e-sports companies are preferred, and those with domestic/overseas large-scale Applicants with experience in e-sports events are preferred, have a passion for e-sports, and are determined to develop and deepen their careers in the e-sports industry
2. Understand the current status and working methods of the e-sports industry, understand the needs and communication methods of each sector of the e-sports industry be familiar with Understand the operation of e-sports events and clubs, have strong communication skills, problem-solving, coordination and promotion capabilities, and can serve as a communication hub between the league and clubs
3. Have strategy, planning and overall thinking, and be responsible for Be thoughtful about e-sports league management and future development, have continuous attention and analysis of e-sports and sports industries, have strong user research capabilities and data analysis capabilities, and can independently complete user research collection and analysis work, and write ecological reports
4. Have the ability to integrate resources and business thinking, and improve the club's income and development through some business model innovations
5. Have excellent project management and execution capabilities, be able to implement strategies and policies, and be good at internal and external communication Collaboration, negotiation skills, and ppt plan writing skills
6. Think proactively, dare to make breakthroughs and innovations, be honest, proactive, responsible, result-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be good at internal and external communication.
