Our client is a listed pharmaceutical company, looking for a Product Manager to expand the healthcare business line and increase market share. This role is reporting to GM, and is expected to lead a team of 2-3. An attractive package with a yearly incentive will be provided. 

Experienced product managers from healthcare/ supplement/ pharmaceutical firms are welcomed! 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product life cycle strategy, setting clear goals, initiatives, and roadmaps. This includes managing product pricing, positioning strategies, compliance, and product information.
• Collaborate with different channel owners and stakeholders to propose and finalize trade mechanics. Ensure execution of trade activities, update the trade calendar, and monitor competitors' activities across various sales channels.
• Take charge of the new product development process, working closely with R&D and various departments. This involves sourcing new suppliers and overseeing production stages.
• Conduct market research to identify market potentials. Manage the implementation of product launch plans and generate innovative marketing ideas for existing products.
• Drive integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing and O2O strategies, to support business goals and achieve brand KPIs.
• Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Marketing Team, Retail Operation Team, and various sales channels to develop and execute effective promotion campaigns.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess 8 years of experience or more in Marketing, preferably with exposure to the health supplement/health food industry.
• Demonstrate practical experience in marketing, product planning, and inventory control.
• Be proactive, assertive, and results-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Be capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for the position of Senior Product Manager.
