Procurement and Logistics Officer

Job Description

• Keep close contact with suppliers (Germany, France, Taiwan, etc.) for quotation and follow up on outstanding PO delivery status and payment (by TT) to suppliers.
• Responsible for handling import/ export licenses and declarations through Tradelink.
• Prepare monthly sales, forecasts, and stock reports.
• Co-ordinate with Forwarder and warehouse on cargo arrangement and documentation.
• Meet with HK Customs Officers and submit the required documents if necessary.
• Coordinate with local logistics service provider(s) for shipment booking and schedule arrangements to ensure delivery on time.
• Make documents for "Transfer Order" before the arrival of the cargo by sea or air.
• Prepare payment for local logistics expenses.
• Pack parcels and shipment booking for Macau orders if necessary.
• Support logistics operations with warehouse & forwarders.
• Handle PO processing, monitoring, and sales order management.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Handle shipping and logistics by air/sea and local transportation.
• Check bank A/C transactions when necessary.
• Familiarity with the ABSS is preferred.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Account, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 2 years or above relevant experience.
• Responsible and detail-minded, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Immediately available preferred.
