Responsibilities:

• Handle low value purchases and assist supervisors to handle medium to high value purchases


• Respond promptly to the user enquiry about procurement status and process


• Conduct market research and sourcing activities for general purchases


• Conduct Request for Quotation exercises and prepare purchase orders


• Prepare standard procurement documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures


• Provide administrative support to procurement function including maintenance of purchasing and supplier records, generation of managerial reports and central filing of correspondences

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines


• Professional qualification on procurement is an added advantage


• Minimum 1 year’s working experience


• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill with positive attitude


• High level of integrity and sense of accountability


• Good spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
