Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor
Department of Finance, Faculty of Business
Responsibilities:
(1) undertake teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels;
(2) undertake duties in course / programme / curriculum review and development;
(3) review and prepare teaching and learning materials and to mark students’ assignments, reports and examination scripts for course assessment;
(4) perform academic and administrative duties and attend meetings in relation to student and academic administration; and
(5) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
(1) a PhD degree in finance-related fields;
(2) CFA/FRM qualifications are preferred;
(3) tertiary teaching and relevant research experience;
(4) keen and affable teacher, a good publications record indicating research capability;
(5) a good leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills;
(6) strong communication skills in both English and Putonghua; and
(7) expertise and qualifications relevant to Fintech / big data / Deep Learning applications are preferred.
