Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of the programmatic advertising management system(s)
- Execute ad inventory priorities, schedule display ads and execute operational plans
- Maintain vendor relationships and keep abreast with everything programmatic by being constantly updated on new product developments of DSP partners and other ad technology partners
- Monitor and analyze the ad operation data, using data-driven tactics and market insights as to the basis for optimizing display ad formats to drive the development of advertising business
- Review programmatic prices & sell through of all inventory
- In charge of planning and execution of client related paid social / search / real time bidding projects
- Handle monthly billing related clerical work in collaboration with Admin Team
- Identify yield optimization opportunities with solid numerical results
- Revenue / product performance analytics
- Communicate with external parties on digital campaign operations & collaborate with colleagues and manage programmatic advertising platforms to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Optimize inventory and stay abreast of yield & ad innovations in ad tech
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Programmatic / Ad Operations or Digital Marketing
- Strong passion for the Internet/Digital environment, result-oriented, proactive and independent
- Good understanding of digital ad ecosystem, technical terms and mechanisms to drive digital revenue growth
- Familiar with digital ad management tools especially Google Ad Manager (DoubleClick/DFP)
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills and meticulous attention to details are required
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Experienced in programmatic advertising (sell-side)
- Keep up-to-date with platform knowledge and industry news
- Solid understanding of the current technologies available for online advertising
- Able to work collaboratively across teams as a good team player, with client-centric mindset
- Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule
- Curious attitude towards optimization, always hungry to find ways to improve yield through structured test and learn
