Project Coordinator

• Factory : Guangzhou
• We are looking for  Project Coordinator - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Coordinate with different internal parties for preparing quotation, sales contract and sales invoice
• Work closely with sales team to monitor project progress within time frame
• Consolidate information for tender
• Follow up projects and customer enquiries
• Handle administrative duties to maintain effective operations of the sales team
• Ad-hoc assignment when required 
• Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience 
• Experience in ERP, especially SAP will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel
• Good command in English and Chinese
• 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
• Annual leave : 10 days
• Additional few days Company holidays in Chinese New Year
• Medical insurance

• Bank holiday
