Project Management Officer , -Month Renewal Contract

Responsibilities :

• Being part of Project Management Team, assisting corp sales project under Finance Market IT team.
• Coordinating with all IT and users
• Building banking system from scratch, the bank flagship project of this year.
• Assist Project Manger for day-to-day project management like progress tracking to meet project timeline, progress report.
• Perform daily internal administrative works.
• Arrange meeting, take meeting minutes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or above, IT, Finance, Project Management or related course preferred.
• Fresh graduate or junior are welcome.
• Responsible and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications, PowerPoint, Excel macro, Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Good command in both written and spoken in Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is required.
• Financial or IT background is a plus.
