Responsibilities:

Admin Officer / Clerk
Your role:
To provide administrative and clerical support, including sorting incoming correspondences, consolidating/updating returns, compiling statistical tables, filing of documents, delivery of documents to other offices, arranging postal services and courier services, managing of stores and inventory, etc.
To provide administrative and logistics support to meetings, briefings, visits and other activities, including but not limited to preparing meeting folders and papers, consolidating attendance, preparing name plates, procuring of materials, liaising with members, setting up of venues and providing on-site support, etc.
To support on tender response template, tender response compliance table.
To perform any other duties and ad hoc activities as required.
To succeed in this role:
DSE/F5 or above with minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative role
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties in a timely and organized manner
Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
