Job Description:
(i) To assist implementation of Admission Scheme and other Mainland schemes, including providing support to Mainland Higher Education Expo etc.;
(ii) To assist in event coordination such as Expo and talks as well as compilation of a handbook for the Scheme such as editing and proofreading by collaborating with different service providers;
(iii) To compile reports and statistical returns;
(iv) To supervise the work of clerical staff, as well as perform general administrative duties of the Office; and
(v) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Job Requirement:
(i) Bachelor's degree holder from a local institution or equivalent;
(ii) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or equivalent;
(iii) Preferably at least 2 years full-time working experiences in Government or post-secondary education institutions;
(iv) Professional proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(v) Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
