Responsibilities
1. As the PM of the project, responsible for the model sorting of each stage of the second kill self-operated business from 0 to 1, including business selection, profit and loss model and overall business promotion 2. Responsible for the promotion rhythm of related departments such as stores, supply, channels, supply chain, products, technology, governance/experience, customer service, etc., as well as the implementation of core solutions 3. Responsible for coordinating strategy/finance to formulate business goals and formulate overall implementation strategies, including but not limited to core indicators such as GMV, order volume, profit and loss, gross profit margin, unit price, category share and click-through conversion rate 4. During the project promotion process, if there are risks such as resource retention and rhythm, you need to be responsible for horizontal communication and promotion, solve related problems, and ensure that the business is implemented on time and smoothly 5. After the first phase of the business is launched, continue to be responsible for the selection and model design of the second phase of the business and subsequent model iterations.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platforms, PM or similar positions who have worked in low-price self-operated business of the platform are preferred 2. Have cross-departmental communication and expression, collaboration and project management capabilities, can quickly promote project implementation, and have a good team spirit 3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, strong self-drive, and have the values of integrity and honesty.
