Property Officer (Commercial Building) (Ref:PD)

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of a commercial building
• Monitor service charge accounts and assist in preparing yearly budget
• Handle enquiries and complaints by tenants and stakeholders of the development
• Conduct quality inspection and prepare quality assurance report
• Co-ordinate with internal departments and government departments
• Organize community activities and provide community participation support

Requirements

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management; OR
• Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of accounting and experience in managing Grade-A commercial building is an advantage

Remarks

• Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the Assistant Property Officer position
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
