With a commitment to quality and efficiency, we are seeking a talented Purchaser to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for construction projects
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Coordinate with project teams to understand materials requirements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts
• Collaborate with shipping and logistics teams as needed
• Handle documentation for Letter of Credit transactions
• Resolve purchasing-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner
• Support other procurement-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Proven experience in construction site purchasing is essential
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit and shipping processes is preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
