Purchasing Officer

We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Proactively explore new sources of products and suppliers
• Responsible for price negotiation, process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers
• Administrate purchasing documents and records
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues
• Attend hygiene audit for the supplier when necessary

Requirements:

• Certificate in Purchasing Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
• Knowledge of SCM system
• Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• With good integrity and negotiation skill
• Well versed in written English and Chinese
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
