Quality System Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and implement the quality management system in conjunction with organizational procedures to ensure compliance with ISO, customer specific requirements and all regulatory requirements.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive audits of organizations' management systems according to ISO standards. Develop audit plans, checklists and prepare necessary documentation in coordination with auditee of the organization are required.
• Drive timely and effective and appropriate corrective/preventive action to all findings.
• Regular review the effectiveness of existing ISO system and recommend for improvement.

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing industry and Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in ISO system setup and audit.
• Strong knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SA8000. Knowledge of ISO13485, IATF16949 and QC080000 is highly preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Detail-minded with good communication, inter-personal, problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of document management systems and MS Office.
• Willing to frequent travel to China and Overseas manufacturing sites.
