Receptionist

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Greet guests and take reception duties
• Handle incoming phone calls, company mails and courier services
• Provide clerical and admin support, such as ordering pantry supplies, vender call for facility and equipment maintenance, etc.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and assist in company activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• DSE or above;
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in office administration preferably
• Basic PC skills in using emails, MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word-processing;
• Can handle English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as System Analyst.
