Job Description - Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Job Description:

  • Perform receptionist duties including answering phone calls, visitors greeting, mail and courier arrangement, and meeting room appointment etc.
  • Ordering of office supplies such as stationery and pantry supplies, printing, maintenance of office equipment etc
  • Manage employees' leave record and conference room booking
  • Handle expense claim and maintain filing system
  • Responsible for organizing company events and staff activities
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline
  • At least 1 years’ relevant work experience
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of both written and oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
