Job Description:
- Responsible for daily admin/clerical/receptionist’s duties :
. conference room booking
. data input, filing
. monitor staff’s attendance
. office supply and repair
. document/report preparation
. handle phone calls
. greet clients and prepare conference room
- Provide support to Administration team
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Salary depends on experience and knowledge (HK$13,500-HK$25,000)
Requirements:
- DSE or above
- Proficient in PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good written English & Chinese
- Good communication skill
- Responsible, takes initiative, co-operative, self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized, proactive, able to work independently
