Job Description - Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Overview:
Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant - based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible in ensuring the proper maintenance and flow of the reception area in a professional, pleasant and customer orientated manner with strong uphold of the company’s principles and practice. You will also be competent in administering office and facilities administration under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. The ideal Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will possess amicable communication skills, pro-active, people-orientated with good organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, screen and direct to the appropriate person
  • Maintain the reception area organized, presentable, clean and comfortable
  • Responsible for daily internal & external postage and courier services 
  • Assist the Supervisor in coaching and monitoring Office Assistants on their daily tasks and workload
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle staff daily attendance record and leave record 
  • Handle travel arrangement (Hotel & Flight ticket etc.)
  • Assist in company events and staff activities arrangement 
  • Handle other ad hoc projects as required

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • DSE/HKCEE or above with 2 year working experience
  • Pleasant and polite, self-motivated and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
  • Good spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new operating or others related system
  • A good team player with ability to build and foster relationship/rapport with all levels and both internal/external stakeholders
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
