Recreation Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operation including booking management, tennis court restring, lessons and matches material preparation
• Answer members enquiries by phone and emails
• Promote sports and recreation products to members
• Maintain proper inventory level
• Keep management updated about members' comments and complaints

Requirements:

• 1-year relevant working experience. Luxury hotels and clubs experience would be an advantage
• Positive, friendly and attentive
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Good commend of spoken Chinese and English
