Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sorting of recruitment policy, process and rules, for example, demand management, recruitment process sorting, etc. 2. Responsible for recruitment project operations: processes and rules, internal recommendations, TA empowerment, interviewer training, etc. 3. Responsible for recruitment channel management: including channel operation strategy rules, channel development, channel in-depth operation, etc. 4. Responsible for recruitment data analysis, providing energy efficiency analysis for the recruitment team, and improving recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant HR experience, including more than 3 years of experience in recruitment and recruitment operations 2. Familiar with the company's recruitment process and various recruitment channels, and able to comprehensively evaluate channel input-output and combined use 3. Good data processing and data analysis capabilities, able to identify and solve problems through data analysis 4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with strong combing and execution capabilities.
