Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Responsibilities

1. Implement the rehabilitation therapy plan formulated by the superior physician/therapist in accordance with the needs and abilities of each patient.
2. Provide rehabilitation therapy services in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, etc. to community residents and patients in accordance with the requirements of the rehabilitation therapy standard system.
4. Identify changes in patients, including changes in health functions and daily activities, and report to the superior physician/therapist in a timely manner.
5. Follow the doctor's orders to register the residents and write medical documents for treatment.
6. For residents who plan to return to work, occupational therapists can assess their work ability according to the community system requirements and provide references for professional vocational training.
7. Guide and train patients, family members or other caregivers in the skills, methods and techniques of the treatment plan.
8. Train residents to use prostheses and/or orthotics as required.
9. Assist doctors in completing daily work in the department.
10. Be familiar with the indications and basic operating procedures of the treatment equipment in the department be responsible for simple maintenance and maintenance of the treatment equipment, and report machine failures in a timely manner conscientiously implement various rules and regulations and technical operating procedures to prevent errors and accidents.
11. Implement various rules and regulations and technical operating routines to prevent various medical accidents.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
One year or more of medical and health care related work experience
Required major: Rehabilitation therapy
Other requirements: Junior rehabilitation therapist or above
