Job Description - Client Service Manager

Description

Role Overview

This role is aimed to cover the gap in the current workflow from sales to delivery, meet the Chinese customers' requirements, bring better customer experience. E.g., work with a bridge to link the multiple contact persons in overseas To produce to the customers in China, it is easier to level This position aims to fill the gaps in the existing workflow from sales to delivery, meet the needs of Chinese customers, and provide customers with a better service experience. For example, building bridges with multiple contacts in overseas production and connecting them with Chinese customers will make it easier to improve the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Actively participated in client related meetings internally and externally with colleagues from different departments.

2. Conduct client meetings in the assigned territory when the sales team members cannot or hard to meet the client.

3. Regular meeting with all contacts in the assigned territory and delivery the information from the catch-ups to the related leaders and team members.

4. Work with teammates from different service delivery teams globally to respond to customers' requests.

5. Handle customer complaints and provide a satisfied solution together with the related

6、Maintain the assigned customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience Required 技巧经验:

1、Bachelor's degree or above.

2、1-5 years of experience in videogames industry is mandatory, and avid in games.

Love games and have 1-5 years of experience in the game industry

P.S.: This role is hybrid. Work in the office for 2 days per week with a floating workspace with the rest flexible in location for customer visit and preparation.

This position supports remote work and needs to work in the office 2 days a week. The office location can be flexibly arranged for the rest of the time to facilitate visiting customers
