Job Description - Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist / Social Compliance Auditor

Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Shanghai - Beijing

JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

The Company :

  • European buying office
  • We source a wide range of consumer products for own retail chain, discount stores, supermarket chains and DIY stores in 21 European countries
  • Suppliers : mainly China, some in SE Asian countries
  • We are looking for Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist - with details as follows :


The Job :

  • Report to the European Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
  • Team work in Corporate Social Responsibility team of 6 members
  • Participate in the implementation of the Company’s corporate social responsibility policy and the related compliance processes.
  • Drive social compliance and human rights initiatives, ensure successful program deployment and achievement of KPIs.
  • Handle social compliance audits & consulting programs, and prepare related reports and analyses.
  • Taking initiatives to define and work out continuous improvement plans on our sustainability performance.
  • Degree Holder; an advantage for studies in Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Compliance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in social or environmental compliance topics across China and/or Southeast Asia, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with factory visits / factory audits or related
  • Familiar with some of the following standards : social compliance standards (such as BSCI, SA8000, ICTI) and/or environmental compliance standards (such as BEPI, ISO 14001, Detox, Higg Index), circular economy and climate change.
  • Solid project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Occassional trips is required, not frequent, not regular
  • 5 days work, highly flexible working hours
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 22 days

  • Work from home : 2 days per week
