Review Strategy Operations Expert

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the preparation, release and implementation of Douyin e-commerce group purchase and distribution product review rules, familiar with the entire e-commerce platform product review link and card control nodes, check for deficiencies and enrich the platform product review strategy, and plan Strategy execution layout 2. Responsible for the operation of Douyin e-commerce product review algorithm models, tools and other automated products, familiar with the construction and training of Internet e-commerce platform product review models and tools, and able to continuously optimize and iterate related products through product operation methods 3 . By analyzing product review indicators and efficiency data, refine the operation product review strategy to drive positive changes in indicators and improve efficiency 4. Collaborate with product governance, risk compliance, review bases and business service experience, etc., to analyze product review business delivery indicators changes and governance conditions, and clarify the direction and focus of strategy optimization 5. Establish iterative optimization of strategy rules, project interaction and collaboration, emergency analysis and evaluation mechanisms, etc., in order to achieve a closed-loop ecosystem of product review strategy preparation, release, implementation, emergency response, and iteration.

Qualifications

1. Have 5 or more years of experience in audit operations or product operations 2. Have certain data sensitivity and have relatively Strong data analysis and review summary skills, and good at solving problems systematically 3. Familiar with audit management products, possess production and operation thinking, and be able to transform operational problems into production and operation solutions 4.
