Responsibilities
Process orders of corporate sales division
Handle accounting tasks of transactions, invoices, account receivable, system input and shipment document preparation, etc.
Arrange on-time delivery and courier for logistic arrangement
Compile sales reports, update and maintain client database
Support department general administrative tasks
Prepare defective report and follow up
Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE/ Higher Diploma or similar academic level
1-2 years of relevant sales administration experience, with knowledge in administrative record keeping
Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and with high integrity
Good customer service skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office (Pivot table in Excel), Word, PPT & Chinese Word Processing
Well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
Good team player
