Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive office administrative support for the group department; 
• Answering and responding to incoming calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from customers and managing booking needs 
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and provide professional after-sales service; 
• Extensive data entry and data management that requires the accuracy of our internal systems 
• Be punctual, responsible and proactiveness; 
• Good communication skills in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English; 
• At least 2 years or above in retail experience is preferred; 
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
