Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator

What you’ll be doing?

• Handle wholesales customers’ enquiries, orders and delivery management
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers
• Provide reports or data regularly as per manager’s request 
• Coordinate with internal department on all daily non-order or special delivery request 
• Ad-hoc tasks supporting international sales & business development

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or above, with at least 1- 2 years working experiences in
  Sales, Business Development or Sales Administration field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge in ERP systems will be a plus 
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under a fast-changing environment
• Immediate available is preferred
