Job Description - Sales & Marketing Administration Assistant

Overview FUGRO is the world’s leading Geo-data specialist, collecting and analysing comprehensive information about the Earth and the structures built upon it. Through integrated data acquisition, analysis and advice, we unlock insights from Geo-data to help our clients design, build and operate their assets in a safe, sustainable and efficient manner. We provide independent HOKLAS, HKIAS and HKCAS accredited testing, inspection, monitoring and certification services in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou. We also provide advisory services related to testing and inspection. Our laboratory in Hong Kong is one of the largest laboratories in the APAC region.

Today we are one of the reputable firms in providing civil, structural, geotechnical and structural instrumentation, environmental service and laboratory testing to a wide variety of clients in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, including many Government departments, private developers, architects and planners, utility companies, oil and gas companies, contractors and other consulting engineering firms.

Location: Tuen Mun district

Working hours: Mon – Fri 830 – 1730, Sat 830 – 1230 

工作職責

  • 處理一般文書工作,包括整理文件檔案,電腦資料輸入,核對文件,協助同事處理工作, 協助任何臨時事項
  • 跟進及處理客戶訂單/報價單
  • 處理客戶查詢及投訴

工作要求

  • 中五程度或以上
  • 最少一年相關工作經驗
  • 良好粵語,一般英語;懂讀寫中文;略懂寫英文
  • 熟練使用MS Office及中英文輸入法
  • 可即時上班優先考慮

Responsibilities

  • Handle general clerical duties, including filing, data input, opening invoices, perform any other duties as assigned
  • Support sales & marketing activities
  • Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

  • F.5 or above with a minimum of 1 year clerical experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, good communication skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
