Responsibilities
1. Carry out full-process management of sales targets from formulation to actual completion, set calculation logic, perform performance management, and follow up on results and progress 2. Analyze the core data of the automotive business and platform lead business, regularly provide data analysis reports to the business demand department, participate in departmental business analysis, discover key issues from business data, and make suggestions to support decision-making 3. Responsible for the formulation of customer opening rules and daily optimization and iteration 4. Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the department's risk control system, and continuously improve the ability to prevent, perceive and manage business risks 5. In response to the development of platform business, connect with products to meet the corresponding needs of data productization, and put forward suggestions for data productization 6. Manage the sales operation team, be responsible for team capacity improvement and echelon construction, and ensure that the team provides strong support for the business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Familiar with the automotive industry, especially the operating model of dealers' 4S stores, familiar with the product dynamics in the industry, able to think independently and have unique views 3. Have a strong sensitivity to data, be good at discovering problems based on data and put them into the optimization of daily business 4. Have a certain data analysis methodology, and can disassemble key indicators and propose solutions for analysis needs 5. Be good at communication, have a good work attitude and cross-team cooperation spirit 6. Have mature team management and project management capabilities, coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, and be passionate and creative.
