We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

Our prestigious client, a prominent Cruise Ship Agent in Asia that provides comprehensive port agency services, is currently in search of a highly talented Senior/ Boarding Officer to join their esteemed organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all vessels, including international cruises, ensuring compliance with necessary procedures before arrival and departure.
• Oversee and collaborate with sub-contractors, consignees/surveyors, and other local parties involved in vessel/cargo operations, bunkering, crew changes, crew medical assistance, and spare parts shipment/delivery Cash-To-Master.
• Compile and submit port disbursement accounts to Principals/Owners for reimbursement.
• Regularly communicate work progress to Principals, Owners, and company management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Shipping Management/Vessel Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant shore-based experience in the Shipping/Operations fields.
• Familiarity with shipping ordinances.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
