Cyber & Strategic Risk

We help clients address various aspects of Cyber and other strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. Offerings include:

Our objective is to help clients develop and implement strategies for IT risk management and aim to help clients find the appropriate balance between risk management and cost containment. Our integrated solutions covering: Cyber Strategy, Cyber Security, Cyber Vigilance, Cyber Resilience.

Work you'll do

This is a critical role in the solution implementation lifecycle cutting across all phases. The ideal candidate should have a deep technical background and possess a strong interest in application/services, to help our clients develop technical expertise and capacity. You will collaborate with cloud service providers and client teams to deliver proof-of-concept projects, conduct workshops, and lead implementation projects. These engagements will focus on key client solutions such as building secure landing zone, cloud migration on server, database/data, web application and enterprise application, DevSecOps, networking, archiving and disaster recovery.

You will work towards client business outcomes, ensuring there is a strong connection between delivery activities and business objectives. You will own and complete key tasks and deliverables, and collaborate with others to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholders needs.

We are looking for someone with

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• Multiple years of IT implementation experience as a technical specialist in client-facing roles. Less years' experience can be considered as junior role
• Hands-on experience on AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, Azure or Tencent Cloud Services and Cloud-based technologies
• Hands-on experience on the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in an Architect role or similar
• Strong track record of design and implementing AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, Azure or Tencent Cloud services in a variety of distributed computing environments
• Strong understanding of the current best practices in cyber security including cloud security, networking and on-premise infrastructure
• Leading highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments
• Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. Shell, Python, Ruby, Powershell)
• Configuration management using IaC (E.g. CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
• Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment
• Possess baseline security certification such as CISA/CISM/GISSP/ Cloud certification for AWS/Alibaba Cloud/GCP/Azure/Tencent Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
