Senior Douyin Community Operations Manager

Responsibilities

1. Understand the ecological mechanism of mainstream community platforms and the characteristics of creators and users, and be able to explore the interactive motivations and demands among creators, content, and main fans based on community characteristics, and formulate operational plans 2. Responsible for creators, User and product operation related work, combined with business goals to drive product functions, promote the continued activity of the community 3. Based on the demands of creators or users, follow up on various new gameplay and interactive forms in the community to promote the improvement of interaction efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Priority will be given to those with more than 3-5 years of working experience in creator communities or content communities, who love community culture and like to feel the community atmosphere 2 , Strong goal orientation, able to dismantle operating strategies based on goals. Have keen insight into content, creators, and users 3. Be interesting and opinionated, non-conformist, have certain business judgment, and dare to think and act.
