Your Role

Job description

• Key member in month end closing process, ensure timely and accurately reporting. Include but not limited to UGP and functional cost analysis.
• Assisting financial forecast and planning process including the 1MF/3MF/12MF/3YF process.
• Making general accrual and release, follow up actual cost against budget
• Work with Accounting team on any accounting issue and follow up closely on the outstanding items.
• Assisting monthly operational report analysis, recognizing risk and raising red flag.
• Proactively monitoring weakness in business control and assist in drafting company policies and to ensure the processes and procedures are followed.
• Safeguard that reporting procedures are in line with The way we do things as well as local laws and regulations, that red flags are highlighted and that an open communication with internal and external parties is maintained.
• Participate in operational projects and process improvement.
• Support internal and external audit.
• Work as a superior user for SAP and relevant databases. Ensure related database's setup aligned with company Prokura.
• Develop analytical tools to improve work efficiency.
• Any other ad hoc reports required for the management team.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration strongly preferred.
• Professional qualification will be a great added advantage
• 3-year experience with accounting process
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• SAP experiences
• Experience with the work of the statutory and tax requirements

Knowledge

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiar with The Way We Do Things
