Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR support and administrative services on recruitment, orientation, HR policies, performance management, HR systems, filing system, etc.
• Handle Employment Contract, Final Payment, MPF Contribution and experience in Work Injury
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations of conduct and HKSAR Employment Ordinance
• Supervise and coordinate the works of Human Resources & Admin. Team
• Provide general office Administration support
• Contribute and assist on ad hoc HR & Admin projects as request (e.g. Staff Party, Staff Outing etc.)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and staff related regulations
• Min. 5 years solid experience in HR & Admin 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, stable and hardworking
