Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in compensation and benefits functions including Hong Kong and overseas payroll, MPF, tax filing, employee benefits schemes, attendance and leave administration
• Participate in formulating and implementing C&B programs such as incentive schemes, insurance plans, performance management etc.
• Maintain and update accurate personnel database in HRIS
• Assist to compile various analytic reports for management review
• Other ad hoc projects to support the team and organization

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in C&B field
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Strong Excel knowledge, experience in using IPL HRIS system will be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and organized
• Good team player and with sound communication skills
