Job Description - SENIOR IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

SENIOR IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

VIP Support:

Provide exceptional technical support to high-level executives and VIP users.

Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively.

Resolve complex technical problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

O365 Application System Administration:

Administer and support a wide range of O365 applications.

Ensure smooth operation and availability of O365 services.

Configure and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support O365-related projects.

Mobile Device Management (MDM):

Manage and maintain the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.

Implement security policies and settings for mobile devices.

Provide guidance and support for device enrolment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Microsoft 365 Intune:

Administer Microsoft 365 Intune for device and application management.

Implement and maintain Intune policies to secure and manage corporate devices.

Assist in deploying and managing applications through Intune.

General IT Support:

Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for end-users.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

With a minimum of 5 years IT support engineering role in the market

Proven experience as a Senior IT Support Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge and experience in supporting a wide range of O365 applications.

Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and experience with MDM platforms.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Intune and its configuration and administration.

Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to users.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
