We are a Private Real Estate Company focusing on commercial and retail property investment. Our portfolio mainly includes Grade A offices and other retail properties in busiest areas. To cope with our growth, we are now looking for high caliber to join our team:

Senior Leasing Officer

Job Duties:

• Manage and liaise on all leasing activities of our group’s properties such as answering agents’ enquiries, property inspection, rent review, tenancy renewal and termination, tenancy negotiation and administration with related parties.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on premises handover and takeover, manage tenants fitting-out works and ad hoc duties
• Conduct market research to understand the current rental rates, demand, and competition in the area
• Marketing and advertising properties to attract potential tenants, and implement marketing plan to achieve commercial goals
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and property agents
• Support the Department on administrative duties

 Basic requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Property Management/ real estate /marketing-related disciplines;
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent business acumen and commercial sense
• Proactive, positive working attitude and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
