Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser / Purchasing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team
• To serve the customers in Europe and USA, familiar with the export procedures to these countries would be an advantage.
• Close liaison with the customers and intensive follow-up with vendors and factories to ensure completion of orders
• To process the orders from sourcing, quotation, samples delivery, testing and quality inspection arrangement to the final shipment

 Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years experiences in OEM/ODM toys field.
• Experience in plastic toys, electronic toys, wooden toys is preferable.
• F.5 or above
• Good communication skill (written / spoken) Cantonese / English / Mandarin
• Good PC Skills like MS Office, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving and good team spirit
• Willing to work under pressure and willing to learn
• Occasional China trips needed
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Purchasing Clerk.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
