Assist in development of agency’s management information support and reporting, including but not limited to contest progress and final result, business performance and analysis, etc.
Provide support on launching agency contest and system enhancement, from preparation of user requirement, conducting user acceptance test, review of contest’s rules and regulations to collaboration with internal parties on handling enquiries, appeals and fact-findings
Coordinate different sales MIS automation projects as assigned by supervisors
Handle industry recognition programs and awards application
Support department’s event onsite logistics arrangement and daily administrative work
Requirements:
University graduate with minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in life insurance industry
Strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and good analytical skill
A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking in a dynamic and changing environment
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
