Senior Payroll Specialist

• Manage monthly pay process in relation to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation and other associated payroll activities
• Maintain pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
• Provide advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation and other associated payroll activities in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation and employment contracts and agreements
• Preparation of management reports based upon information within the payroll system
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and ensure changes are managed effectively

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for sizable organization
• Advanced MS Excel skills, experience in using payroll system is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy
• Fluent English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
