Responsibilities
1. Responsible for independent end user growth operations, formulating user growth plans and building a growth system based on independent end positioning and core user needs 2. In-depth understanding of user-side products, familiar with growth strategies and path means, and through data mining and diagnosis of business Opportunities in development, target-oriented formulation of implementation strategies 3. Through insight analysis of content categories and segmented groups, locate various consumption scenarios, and formulate growth strategies for segmented groups 4. Linked products/ecology/algorithms/UG/ Chui Lei and other teams develop various user-oriented new recall strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more experience in user growth/product optimization/data analysis, and rich quantitative analysis Those with experience, statistics/mathematics, econometrics, and computer majors are preferred 2. Have strong user understanding and business insight, as well as data sensitivity, structured thinking, strong self-motivation, proficiency in using SQL and other data analysis tools, and able to Actively discover and solve problems through data 3.
