Job Description

1. EHS&5S Production Safety and < /u>5S :

Training and managing the shop floor operators follow the safety regulations, identify the potential risk items in processes, ensure 5S target achievement/train and manage workshop employees, identify potential risks in the process, formulate improvement measures, and ensure the achievement of 5S target in the management area

2. Production fulfilment, efficiency and Productivity: Production delivery, efficiency and productivity

Fulfil production plan and reach the production efficiency target. Take actions to eliminate negative deviations. Systematically analyze deviations and avoid happen again. Adjust labor and production arrangement under urgent situation (such as machine down or material bottleneck)/Follow production Plan to complete production and achieve production efficiency and productivity goals. If deviations are found, immediate containment measures will be taken to improve working methods and avoid recurrence of the problem. Under unexpected circumstances (such as equipment failure, material shortage, etc.), promptly adjust personnel and production arrangements

3. Production quality Production quality:

Control production quality, analysis of failure, rework and scrap products as well as work out measures for quality prevention. Continuous improve quality status, maintain and execute quality standards in the shop floor/Control production quality, analyze and improve defects, rework and scrap with relevant departments. Strictly implement quality requirements, make suggestions for quality improvement and cooperate in formulating quality standards

4. MAT < strong> Materials

Shop floor MAT control/workshop material tracking control, and LOG and PUR , the PUQ department handles material planning and material anomaly related issues in a timely manner

5. Workers management People Management :

WAS (Work according standard), arrange and motivate workers. Recruit and train new workers and avoid labor shortage. Allocate labor in response to fluctuating orders. Set and collaborate tasks and objectives within the team, examine and discuss the working results. Give some suggestions about qualification, motivation and remuneration standards., ensure the workers be trained well and work According to the standard)/operate according to the standard, reasonably arrange personnel tasks, motivate employees, select and train new employees. Adjust staffing allocations based on fluctuations in orders. Set, coordinate and ensure the achievement of tasks and goals of the work group, and review and discuss work results. Provide suggestions on skills measures, radical measures and reasonable salaries

6. Problem solving < u> Problem-solving ability:

Record OPL for problem related to Employee, machine, productivity, and quality occurs in production area and take action in time. If cannot solve at once , then escalate to upper level/For issues related to personnel, equipment, output, and quality that occur in the production area, the OPL should be recorded and the problem should be resolved in a timely manner. If it cannot be resolved immediately, it will be escalated

8. TPM Equipment repair and maintenance:

Set up technician team, support TEF for equipment repair and maintenance. Implement preventive actions. MAE problems initial judgment and solving: Check and confirm the MAE problems at beginning for next step actions/ Establish a technical team to assist the TEF department in equipment repair and maintenance work. Cooperate in participating in preventive maintenance plans and take preventive measures.

Qualifications

1.Junior College or above/college degree and above

2.3-5 years production workshop experience/3-5 years of production site work experience

3.Standard work, 5S, Word, Excel/Standardized work, 5S, document and form processing

4.Basic knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949/understand the basic content of ISO9001/TS16949

5.English ability is prefer/can be used English is preferred
