The role of Wm Morrison (HK) Ltd is to provide the best possible product range of non-food products to its 500 stores, from factories and suppliers globally.

 

Key accountabilities:

• Liaise with suppliers to gather supporting documents for profile setup and make sure all data provided by the suppliers are accurately in line with company standards
• Organize and maintain supplier database
• Support Sourcing Executives and buying team to build competitive and commercial product range that reflects the design stories is delivered to the customer with strong availability
• Assist Sourcing Executives on end-to-end merchandising activities from buyer's brief to shipment and organize the buying trip 
• Perform ad hoc clerical works, sample handling and administrative support as required

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Solid EXCEL skills in specific to the need in sourcing and merchandising
• Organized, self-motivated and detail-orientated
• Ability to adapt to change
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good communication and analytical skills
• A good team-player and individual contributor
