DNA is partnering up with a renowned luxury brand to seek a talented individual to join their team in Hong Kong as a Store Operation Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine store administrative tasks, including overseeing staff attendance, leave applications, overtime, and stock transfers.
  • Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of petty cash transactions and cashiering activities.
  • Prepare daily documentation and reports related to store operations.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly, tracking both overall store performance and individual staff performance.
  • Track incentives and provide updates to the team as necessary.
  • Coordinate the ordering of supplies and materials required for store operations.
  • Ensure the maintenance of store furniture and hardware.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc projects assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail or luxury retail store operations support is advantageous.
  • Candidates with retail sales experience and an interest in handling store back-office tasks will also be considered.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, with the ability to type in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
