TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
In order to promote the improvement of the daily operational efficiency of the company, keep the safety and satisfaction of the daily work of the company's employees, we provide and control the comprehensive development of TE Qingdao's administrative, logistics, corporate culture, employee activities, government relations, and other work under the guidance of relevant processes and policies of the company and departments.
Responsibilities:
Guide and process
To promote business guideline and working procedure.
1. Do and implement admin relevant working instruction.
2. Implement company working instruction of admin related job.
People management
For team target achievement.
1. Allocate and balance work in the team.
2. Support manager to evaluate and feedback the team member's performance.
3. Coach, develop and encourage team members.
4. Coordinate the internal and external relationship.
Cross function affairs coordination and inside/outside issue transaction.
Keep smooth business relationship with other team and provide the necessary support according to internal/ external customer requirement.
Government affairs coordination and transaction
As the interface of company government relevant affairs, support Admin manager and GM for reception, document maintenance, data collection/subimission and so on.
Other company affairs
To meet the employee's safety, health, spirit request and government award application
1.Support nurse for yearly employee welfare physical examination and occupational hazard physical examination
2.Coordinate emergy issue, such as public health emergency response, urgent case and so on.
3.Cooperate with facility team for process improvement, cost reduction, project initiation and so on.
4.Initiate and organize/coordinate inside or outside activities to improve employee spirit.
5.Work with project team for government award application
6.Coordinate CR project application, execution, final summary.
