Work with business recruitment managers, human resources business partners, external recruitment agencies, and career colleges Establish and maintain good relationships with schools and other talent sources to ensure a strong talent pool.

Responsible for the campus recruitment of interns in vocational colleges and provide The Financial Sharing Center and Customer Service Center recruit interns for school-enterprise cooperation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
